You are able to reset your password from within your account by following these instructions:
- Login to your account.
- Click on the Accounts link to access your account management tools
- Within the account management area, choose "Change Password"
- Enter your existing and desired password and submit.
Alternatively, if you have forgotten your password, cannot log in and wish to reset it, follow these instructions:
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" link below the login button.
- Enter your e-mail address and click reset your password.
- Check your Inbox (and possibly your junk folder) for an email containing a link to reset your password.
- Click on the link in your e-mail and reset your password on the page you land on.
- Using your new password, click on the login button, enter your e-mail address and password and login.
