If you have several login attempt failures in quick succession, your account may be locked temporarily.
To Unlock your account, you can follow these instructions:
- Click on the "Unlock/Activate your account" link.
- Enter your e-mail address and click "Next"
- When prompted, enter your shared secret to unlock your account. (Your shared secret is case sensitive)
After your account is unlocked, return to the login screen to access your account.
