If you have several login attempt failures in quick succession, your account may be locked temporarily.

To Unlock your account, you can follow these instructions:

  1. Click on the "Unlock/Activate your account" link.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and click "Next"
  3. When prompted, enter your shared secret to unlock your account. (Your shared secret is case sensitive)

After your account is unlocked, return to the login screen to access your account.
