There are two places in the system where GDPR statements can be added. The first is a client wide statement whereas the second is on each division within your account. This ability allows you to have unlimited flexibility in how you manage your GDPR compliance statements.
Adding the client wide GDPR statement:
- Login to your account.
- In the navigation ribbon, click on "Organisation".
- Choose the "Company" element from the contextual navigation ribbon.
- Review and update your client account details including the "Company Statement for GDPR".
- Click "Save Changes".
Adding a divisional GDPR statement:
- Login to your account.
- In the navigation ribbon, click on "Organisation".
- Choose the "Divisions" element from the contextual navigation ribbon.
- Navigating the Division structure, choose the Division you wish to add the GDPR statement to.
- Review and update your division details including the "Divisional GDPR statement".
- Click "Save Division"
